Straight out of Ōtautahi, New Zealand. Lewis Parke is a 22 year old indie recording artist. After singing a record deal on his 18th birthday, and formally releasing music under the project ‘Newz’, Lewis is back with a fresh sound and a bold new identity. He brings with him over 7 years experience in songwriting, music production and performance. His music builds on many influences combining a unique combination of catchy and complex guitar riffs, lush vocals, tight rhythm and an authentic songwriting ability. Lewis joined forces last year with ex pro drummer ‘Ralph Hall’ who acts as his other half bridging the gap in rhythmic knowledge to form a developed group with skills across the board.
